Fred Lydick | Managing Partner – Development & Asset Management

He has served as the CEO, partner or managing member of numerous companies spanning Real Estate development and management, hospitality, restaurant, construction, and technology industries.

His real estate acquisitions have totaled over $100 million over the last twenty years, and his other business holdings have accumulated over $40 million in assets over the same time period.

Fred has obtained licenses in various mechanical and professional trades including but not limited to HVAC contractor, asbestos removal certified, roofing license, real estate license, and general contractor license.

Fred has renovated and repositioned over two thousand units and built over a dozen homes.

While the majority of Fred’s holdings are in real estate, Fred’s analytical mindset and vast experience from being a mechanic in the Army, starting with startup tech companies during the dotcom boom to running a multimillion dollar real estate company, Today Fred has his hands on every one of his companies as an active investor and participates by providing his two decades of experience in financial analytics, business organization and structure as well as client relations and overall general knowledge.

Shawn Vyas, MBA | MHSA Managing Partner Investment Strategy/Analytics

Shawn serves as an executive leader and strategy/analytics officer for OMG.

Shawn brings a rare combination of creative vision, senior executive leadership experience, financial expertise, analytics aptitude, and award-winning marketing skills to the ORA team.

He’s led global brands, private investors, and high-profile startups in multiple business sectors across the full spectrum of Realty activities from concept and financial evaluation to finish-out and back-end sales and marketing.

Proficient in the nation’s top data, analytics, and social media channels; Shawn is a recognized thought leader in crafting unrealized business trends and insights from large data sets across multiple platforms into predictive models and marketing strategies that consistently maximize market share, revenue growth, and investment yield for his Realty clients and investors.

Sample clients led and served include Goldman Sachs, Coca-Cola, Ralph Lauren, Johns Hopkins and a wide range of private businesses and start-ups.
He has won numerous awards in the arenas of entrepreneurship, marketing, and illustration and serves as a valued thought leader for a range of globally recognized think tanks across multiple industries.

In 2017 he received Oklahoma’s first, and exclusive, regional representation for MD Preferred, the nation’s leading Healthcare real estate and relocation platform reserved for Physician Realty relocation, investment, and Senior Living.

Shawn holds a dual Masters from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor’s Health System – perennially ranked as the nation’s top ranked Healthcare management program – and Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas specializing in Strategic planning and Venture Capital.

Amanda Villines | Controller & Treasury Management

As a former military veteran in the U.S. Army veteran Amanda brings OMG investors a no nonsense “can do” attitude and a top tier attentiveness to detail and record keeping for all OMG investors and clients.

She has been Partners with Fred Lydick in business and life for over 20 years. After years of working in the corporate world for various companies as a bookkeeper and assistant controller, she stepped in to and has managed the financial side of all business ventures Fred and Amanda have invested in.

She is very technical and an attention to detail kind of person. She has years of creating financial statements, accurately reporting the historical performance of businesses. Providing Cash and Treasury management including overseeing and reconciling Banking transactions is something that comes naturally to her.

She is actively the controller and/or oversees the bookkeeper for all businesses she owns with her husband Fred Lydick.  These include, Restaurants, a Construction Company, Cabin Rental Facility and the Apartment Management Company.

David Dirkschneider | Advisor, Business Strategy

David has over 20 years in the real estate industry, starting in the brokerage of multifamily housing projects and multifamily site selection. David has personally been involved in multifamily and land transactions totaling more than $500 million throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri.

David worked as a general manager for one of the largest privately owned multifamily investment companies in Oklahoma, with assets over three hundred million dollars. He was responsible for oversight on every aspect of their operations; from construction on rehabilitation projects to the day to day activities on all properties.

When working a financial analysis on a property, he can see where value can be added or where there may be an overstatement on income projections.

David was rookie of the year in 2007 recognizing his achievement as the top producer for the state of Oklahoma, a title he held for multiple years. Some of David’s major clients include, LNR Partners, Fannie Mae, Bank of America, Oklahoma City Housing Authority, Federal Reserve, Resource Residential, Living Investments, City National Bank, SC Bodner Company, PB Odom III Construction, First Bethany Bank & Trust, Chase Bank, Quail Creek Bank, First Bethany Bank & Trust, Interbank and other numerous national, regional and local investors.

Josh Compton | Director Construction & Project Management

Josh serves as the Director for all construction and ongoing project management for OMG – he is the team’s quintessential “Boots on the Ground”.

Josh has been involved in construction his entire life starting out at the age of 13 working in the sheet metal shop for his family’s HVAC business in Norman, Ok. His dad had built up the largest company in the area and he learned a lot from him.  He has been a multi-state contractor with licensing in Oklahoma Texas and Arkansas on multiple occasions he has taken on projects that were behind schedule and has fulfilled the contracts on time or early He has managed crews in multiple states simultaneously specialized in multifamily projects new construction, rehabilitations, and ongoing service work. Josh is the owner of JRS service company, 405 properties and 405 renovations with these companies he has dealt with all aspects of construction and management of the teams that make the jobs successful and completed on time Josh being a mechanical contractor spending years of his life across the state of Texas and Oklahoma on projects he is accustomed to strenuous deadlines and keeping an open line of communication with all trades, owners, inspectors, and engineers for a successful project

He is one of the hardest working people you will ever meet working side by side with employees training and motivating. Josh has been part owner in a successful HVAC Service Company (JR Service Company). As part of JRs management team and the driving force behind the company he led the company to over 5m in sales in 2018.

Our Advisory Committee is a very strategic committee that consists of individuals that not only are our friends but are extremely tapped in to local folks from politics to investors to supply chains and who have been recognized as experts in their field.
